Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy:
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Campaign Management:
● Planned, coordinated, and executed marketing campaigns across various digital, social media, email, and traditional media channels.
● Create compelling content for marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and promotional emails.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies based on insights, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Market Research:
● Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior.
● Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive positioning.
● Utilize research findings to develop targeted marketing strategies and product offerings.
Digital Marketing:
● Manage digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns.
● Create and publish engaging content across social media channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
● Monitor online presence, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation effectively.
Collaboration and Communication:
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.
● Communicate marketing plans, objectives, and results to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
● Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing activities and campaigns effectively.
Qualifications and skills:
● Diploma or Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
● Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
● Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and best practices.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics,.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
