Job Summary
The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The role includes facility management, vendor coordination, asset management, housekeeping, security, transport, statutory compliance, and general office administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the organization.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and facilities.
Facility Management
- Oversee maintenance of office premises, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate repairs, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for services such as housekeeping, security, transportation, and maintenance.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely contract renewals.
- Control administrative expenses and optimize costs.
Security & Safety
- Manage security operations, access control, and visitor management.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, fire safety systems, and emergency procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and coordinate mock drills.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of company assets, office equipment, furniture, and consumables.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of administrative supplies.
- Track asset allocation and maintenance.
Transport & Travel Management
- Manage company vehicles, driver schedules, and transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to administration.
- Maintain records, agreements, licenses, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies as required.
Team Management
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and administrative staff.
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and provide necessary guidance.

Pay: ₹20,000.67 - ₹35,000.41 per month
