Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce company products and services.
- Schedule product demos and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Maintain lead and customer records in CRM.
- Train and guide sales interns on calling and lead generation activities.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance updates.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales strategies and targets.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of cold calling and lead generation.
- Experience with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems.
- Ability to handle client meetings and software demonstrations.
- Team coordination and mentoring skills.
Preferred
- Experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS, or Software Sales.
- Knowledge of business processes and digital solutions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
