A Japanese Language Trainer is responsible for teaching Japanese language skills to students, professionals, or corporate employees. The trainer develops lesson plans, conducts interactive training sessions, evaluates learner progress, and prepares candidates for Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Japanese language training sessions from beginner to advanced levels (N5–N1).
Teach speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Train students for JLPT examinations and interview preparation.
Monitor learner performance and provide regular feedback.
Conduct mock tests and evaluate progress.
Introduce Japanese culture, business etiquette, and workplace communication.
Maintain attendance and training records.
Deliver online and classroom-based training programs.
Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Japanese language.
JLPT certification (N3/N2/N1 preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex language concepts.
Good classroom management and mentoring abilities.
Knowledge of Japanese culture and business practices.
