About the role:
The Admin Manager for T.I.M.E. School will be responsible for the overall administrative functions of the school,
including security, transport, external liaison, managing vendors and overall support and co-ordination towards the
smooth functioning of the school.
Key responsibilities include:
In charge of the overall smooth administration of the school/s
Ensure hassle free transportation along with transport co-ordinators
Oversee safety and security of the school through security rounds, maintenance of logs and checks,
monitoring of CCTV cameras- management of security personnel
Effectively interact with Principal and other academic staff to ensure smooth functioning of the school
Engage in external parties such as GHMC officials, Road Transport Inspectors etc when the need arises
Define visitor and parents’ access control and monitor and implement the same
Ensure that systems and policies are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of staff and students
Person Specification
Individual with a keen eye for discipline, process and detail (preferably defence background)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- especially in view of liaison and interaction with outsiders
Ability to interact with key external partners such as School Inspectors/ Police (for verification) etc.
Strong administration skills coupled with tact and diplomacy where required
Ability to troubleshoot when the need arises – handle any issue that may arise

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
