Cleaning and Maintenance: Room Boys are tasked with cleaning guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing bathrooms. They ensure that all areas are tidy and hygienic. 2
- Restocking Amenities: They replenish toiletries, coffee supplies, and other guest amenities, ensuring that everything is neatly arranged and available for guests. 1
- Guest Interaction: Room Boys often interact with guests, addressing their requests and complaints promptly and courteously. They should anticipate guest needs, such as providing extra towels or adjusting room settings. 2
- Reporting Issues: They are responsible for reporting any maintenance issues or deficiencies found in guest rooms to the appropriate department. 2
- Safety and Security: Room Boys must adhere to safety protocols and respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
