Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calling to potential corporate clients.
Generate and qualify leads through Google research, business directories, LinkedIn, and other lead generation software/tools.
Perform daily business development activities to identify new prospects and opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Pitch company services to corporate clients (B2B Sales).
Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with decision-makers.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Discipline) 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs are eligible
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Confidence in speaking with corporate clients
Basic knowledge of internet research and business tools
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
