About the Company
A to Z Ecommerce is an Amazon Service Provider, helping sellers manage and grow their businesses on Amazon. We provide end-to-end e-commerce account management and support services to Amazon sellers.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Amazon seller accounts on a daily basis.
- Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings.
- Handle Amazon Seller Central and resolve account-related issues.
- Monitor product sales, inventory, orders, returns, and account health.
- Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support for different issues and cases.
- Work on FBA-related issues, shipments, inventory, and reimbursements.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales.
- Prepare and maintain account performance reports.
- Regularly follow up on pending cases and account-related issues.
- Stay updated with Amazon policies, guidelines, and seller requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations.
Skills Required
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of computers and internet usage.
- Ability to learn Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce processes.
- Good analytical and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts.
- Candidates with Amazon/e-commerce experience will be preferred.
Eligibility
Freshers: Can apply. Training will be provided.
Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on experience, knowledge, and relevant skills.
Salary
- Fresher: ₹12,000 per month
- Experienced: Salary will be decided based on experience and skills.
