We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Tech Lead to spearhead the development of low-latency, secure, and scalable enterprise applications for our financial services clients.
What You Will Do:
Lead engineering teams and drive the architecture of core REST APIs using Spring Boot for high-volume payment gateway engines.
Integrate Apache Kafka event streams for real-time fraud detection and auditing with zero data loss.Guide database performance tuning by refactoring complex SQL queries and Hibernate mappings on Oracle databases.
Maintain stringent financial data security standards across microservices architecture using OAuth2, JWT, and AES encryption.
Requirements & Qualifications:
7-10 years of professional software development experience in financial services or enterprise tech, with leadership experience.
B.Tech in Computer Science or related engineering field.
Strong core Java skills (Java 11/17/21, Multithreading, Concurrency).Proven expertise with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate/JPA.Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.Solid database skills with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
Ability to work on-site in Solapur (WFO).
