About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and passionate US Recruiter to join our

You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across US State and Federal
clients, ensuring top-quality delivery and a seamless candidate
experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening,
coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
- Work on a mix of IT and non-IT roles across various domains.
- Partner closely with the Account Managers and hiring teams to
understand job needs and deliver with speed and precision.
- Source candidates through multiple channels - job boards,
networking, referrals, and creative search techniques.
- Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring compliance and
accuracy.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 years of experience in US recruitment (mandatory).
- Proven track record of hiring for State or Federal clients.
- Hands-on experience working on IT and non-IT positions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to work onsite in Indore during US night shift hours.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,090.97 per month
