Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller for a Credit Banking Process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining banking and financial products, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain banking/credit-related products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with customers and maintain records of interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
