What You Will Own
The ideal candidate is someone with 3–4 years of experience in event management, preferably from the Media & Entertainment industry, who can bring creativity, energy, and structure to employee engagement initiatives while aligning with a corporate work environment.
Experience You Should Bring
- Experience in event management or employee engagement roles.
- Prior experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in organizing corporate events, or internal campaigns.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic event management tools.
What You Will Be Doing
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, events, and internal campaigns.
- Conceptualize creative engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
- Manage end-to-end event execution including vendor coordination, budgeting, logistics, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders to design engagement calendars and programs.
- Drive participation and communication for events across teams and departments.
- Ensure smooth execution of both virtual and on-ground events.
- Track feedback, measure engagement effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
- Support corporate communications related to employee engagement initiatives.
