We are hiring for our reputed client for the role of International Voice Process.
Position: International Voice Process Executive
Location: Perungalathur, Chennai
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
- Communicate with customers professionally and effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and issues within the defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer and call-related records.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in International Voice / International BPO / Customer Support / Telecalling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Ability to handle international customers professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Willingness to work from the Perungalathur, Chennai location.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
