Job Description:
Require Admin for complete operations for Activity and Adventure Center (includes Agriculture farm)
Experience : Experience working in resorts, adventure center. Events planners etc
Location : Cherlapally, Industrial Area 77, Hyderabad

Age : 25 to 35 yrs
Working Hours
- 8.00 am to 6 pm
- Week off as per the work exigencies. Sunday will be working day and compensatory off will be given on week days based on the work exigencies.
- Holi, Dussehra, Christmas, New Year and Sankranti holidays will be working days due to planned events.
Job Responsibilities
- Day to day administrative work.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them for events.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Supervise the Student Activity Zone for both students and corporate
Farm Supervision:
- Get work done from farm workers, Labours, Cleaners.
- Looking into the maintenance and cleanliness of the activity and adventure centre.
Event Preparation:
- Prepare for scheduled events at least one day prior.
- Engaging and guiding the customers / Students on the day of events as per the events schedule.
Leave:
- One weekday off provided weekly.
- Sunday will be working as events will be scheduled on Sundays
- Festivals like Dusherra, Christmas, Sankranti and holi might we working if any events scheduled.
Communication:
- Must be proficient in English, Hindi / Telugu for smooth operations and to ensure Safety/security of student activities
