Digital Marketing Assistant – Deepa Bajaj Design Studio (DBDS)
Location: Pune | Full-Time
Deepa Bajaj Design Studio is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to build our digital presence and position DBDS as a leading premium architecture & interior design brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube.
- Create concepts, scripts, captions, Reels, stories and posts.
- Visit project sites to capture photos, videos, BTS and project progress.
- Turn our projects into engaging stories, case studies and educational content.
- Manage posting, comments, DMs and social media enquiries.
- Track trends and competitor activity and bring fresh content ideas.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and marketing partners.
- Track performance including reach, engagement, follower growth and leads.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement plans.
- Focus on generating relevant audience growth, brand awareness and qualified enquiries.
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of social media/content experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Good copywriting, Reel scripting and storytelling skills.
- Canva/design and basic video-editing skills
- Strong visual/aesthetic sense.
- Proactive, creative and comfortable shooting content at project sites.
- Experience in interiors, architecture, luxury, lifestyle or other premium brands is preferred.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
