Principal Service Reliability Engineer
- Development of the full life cycle of software or applications with automation tools
- Analysis of available technological solutions
- Work on the creation of scalable CI/CD pipelines
- Testing at different levels to ensure reliability and stability of our platforms
- Search and elimination of errors
- Incorporating the best DevOps capabilities into development
- Integration of solutions for continuous deployment
- Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated person on scripting, automation and DevOps activities, should adopt the technology changes
- You will be customer-facing (when we are able) and will entail liaising with customers to enhance current systems, plan and deliver projects.
- The role is varied in scope, technology and will entail the development of innovative solutions in the cloud, delivering cloud migration projects, and supporting development teams with DevOps technologies (CI/CD pipelines, config management, etc.)
- Documentation of solutions (e.g., configuration and setup).
- Provide effective knowledge transfer and upskilling to relevant customer personnel to ensure an appropriate level of future self-sufficiency.
- Demonstrable experience with the following technologies:
- Linux based infrastructure (like RHEL)
- Cloud (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- PAAS (Kubernetes, AKS/GKE is a plus)
- Containerization (Docker, Crio)
- Networking (Azure Networking, Azure Application Gateway)
- IAM (Microsoft Identity and Access Management products including Azure AD or AD Vault)
- Monitoring (such as Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk with Azure Monitor, App Insights and Log Analytics as plus)
- CICD frameworks (such as Jenkins, Git, Helm, ArgoCD, Artifactory, and Azure DevOps)
- Scripting (like Python, Ansible)
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
- Enforce the proper execution of Agile paradigms in tandem with Management Tools
- Establish Automated Code Quality, Assembly Testing and Performance Testing Solutions on top of Continuous Integration Pipelines
- Need to show strong investigation and debugging skills
- Need to demonstrate an automation driven mindset (GitOps)
- Need to have system design skills
