KLM Assets Fin is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to strengthen our branch operations in the Ernakulam region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NBFC, Chit Fund, or Financial Services and the ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Preferred Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in NBFC, Chit Fund, or Financial Services.
- Candidates residing in Ernakulam district, preferably from Kaloor, Kadavantra, Marine drive or nearby locations, will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition and expand the branch's subscriber base.
- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, networking, and promotional activities.
- Promote the company's chit fund products by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly business, sales, and enrolment targets.
- Monitor customer follow-ups and support timely installment collections to maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Coordinate with branch team members to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and business performance through regular reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in NBFC, Chit Fund, or Financial Services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented approach with good market awareness.
- Willingness to undertake field visits within the assigned territory.
