Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee the quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in software delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their application within software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise resource planning systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP EWM with other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
