Scott International is a Bengaluru-based apparel manufacturer. We run the full chain in-house — fabric, cutting, stitching, DTF printing, embroidery and sublimation — across our own factories in Bengaluru and Tirupur.
Our house brands: Scott (B2B blanks), AWG – All Weather Gear, Zenshark, Cutiepaw, Holydrip and Not Funny. We sell on Amazon India, Amazon US, Walmart, Noon and our own D2C channels. The team is small and founder-led — you will not be a small part of a big department.

What you will do
– Marketplace listing images — Amazon main images, gallery images and A+ content across our brands.
– Social media creatives — posts, stories, reel covers — and ad creatives for Meta and Google.
– Packaging and trims — boxes, polybags, stickers, hang tags and label artwork.
– Print-ready artwork for our in-house DTF printing, embroidery and sublimation units.
– Brand guidelines — build them, maintain them, and keep every brand consistent.
– Campaign creatives for WhatsApp and email.
– Work directly with the founders. You own your work end to end.
What we need
– Adobe Creative Cloud — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Non-negotiable.
– 1–3 years of design work, or a portfolio strong enough that years don't matter.
– Portfolio is mandatory. Applications without one will not be read.
– Able to take a brief, ask the right questions, and finish without hand-holding.
– Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate. Work from office.
Good to have
– Motion — After Effects or Premiere for short edits and reels.
– Apparel or e-commerce background.
– Comfortable working AI image tools into the design workflow.
