Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our business development and technical sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the architecture, interior design, builder, developer, and corporate client ecosystem, along with a proven track record of closing high-value projects and leading sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and revenue growth across Gujarat and Pan India.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline for high-ticket turnkey interior projects.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Business Development Managers and Executives.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and project discussions.
- Implement CRM processes, sales reporting systems, and performance review mechanisms.
- Travel regularly for client meetings, project visits, and business development activities.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in Interior Solutions, Interior Design, Turnkey Projects, or Furniture industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Sales Head, GM Sales, or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven experience in independently closing high-value projects.
- Strong network of architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
- Experience managing and mentoring sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and India.
