Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical brands/products to achieve business objectives. The role involves market analysis, brand planning, promotional strategy development, sales force support, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maximize product performance and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns for assigned brands.
- Create marketing materials, visual aids, leave-behinds, product literature, and digital content.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics and gather customer feedback.
- Train and support sales teams on product knowledge, positioning, and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with medical affairs, regulatory, supply chain, and sales teams for effective product management.
- Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and return on marketing investments.
- Organize and support CMEs, conferences, webinars, and scientific meetings.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or brand management.
- Experience in handling specialty, chronic, or acute therapy portfolios is preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹2,286,621.13 per month
