The Aptitude Trainer is responsible for preparing graduate and postgraduate students for campus placements by enhancing their quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills necessary to excel in the competitive selection processes of potential employers. This role focuses on developing strategic thinking and test-taking readiness, specifically for the aptitude tests, Group Discussions (GD), and interviews integral to final placements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design, structure, and update a comprehensive aptitude training curriculum for quantitative techniques, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
- Training Delivery: Conduct highly engaging and results-driven training sessions and workshops for students at the graduate and postgraduate level, specifically focusing on aptitude test-taking strategies and problem-solving.
- Assessment and Feedback: Develop and administer periodic aptitude tests and diagnostic assessments to evaluate student progress. Provide individualized and group feedback to help students improve their logical attributes and competitive coding skills.
- Grooming Sessions: Plan and implement comprehensive grooming sessions, including Aptitude Tests, Mock Interviews, and Group Discussions, to prepare students for final placements.
- Program Coordination: Coordinate the aptitude training schedule with other placement activities, such as soft skill enhancement programs and guest lectures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the placement department to align training content with the requirements of potential recruiters, particularly those in analytical, finance, and core sectors.
- Database Management: Maintain and track student performance data related to aptitude training and assessment results.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in training, coaching, or teaching aptitude for competitive exams or campus placements at the university level.
- Proven ability to train students on topics like logical attributes, competitive coding, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Technology savvy with the ability to integrate modern training tools and techniques (e.g., LMS/ERP platforms)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
