The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Develop and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
