Organizational Brief:
FA Gifts Private Limited is a leading ecommerce company which owns India's two largest online brands; Floweraura and Bakingo, backed by a USD 16 million funding by Fearing Capital.
Floweraura is an online gifting Mammoth operational within the country at 40k+ pin codes and internationally present in the US, UK, Middle east Canada etc.
Bakingo is a leading player in India’s online bakery ecosystem, operating 110+ cloud kitchens nationwide and three state of the art bulk production facilities at Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurgaon. Bakingo specializes in delivering high-quality, innovative baked products.
Role Objective:
To drive end-to-end HR operations and people strategy for the assigned region, ensuring smooth manpower planning, hiring, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management across all locations.
1. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
· Drive end-to-end hiring for store/warehouse/operations roles across the region.
· Partner with business heads for manpower planning and budgeting.
· Ensure TAT adherence and quality hiring through multiple channels (Naukri, referrals, NGO, Campus).
· Maintain strong talent pipeline for critical roles
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
· Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit processes.
· Ensure accurate HR data management (attendance, leave, payroll inputs).
· Monitor employee records and HRMS systems
3. Employee Engagement & Retention
· Drive engagement initiatives across locations (R&R, activities, feedback loops).
· Conduct regular skip-level meetings and grievance handling.
· Track attrition trends and implement retention strategies
4. Performance Management
· Support implementation of PMS cycles (goal setting, reviews, appraisals)
· Work with managers to improve team productivity and performance
· Identify training needs and coordinate L&D initiatives
5. Compliance & Statutory Management
· Ensure adherence to labour laws, audits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment)
· Coordinate with vendors for compliance and audits
· Maintain updated records for inspections
6. Business Partnering
· Act as HRBP for regional operations teams
· Support business growth by aligning HR strategies with business goals
· Provide data-driven insights (attrition, hiring, productivity metrics)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
