Job Summary
JHRC is looking for a dedicated Homoeopathic Pharmacist who can efficiently manage pharmacy dispensing, front office operations, basic accounts, and in-house. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth patient flow, accurate medicine dispensing, and seamless coordination between patients, doctors, and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patients (in-person, phone, and WhatsApp).
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and front desk coordination.
- Handle billing, basic accounts, and daily transaction records.
- Dispense homoeopathic medicines accurately as per doctor’s prescription.
- Maintain pharmacy stock, inventory, and medicine records.
- Assist in patient follow-ups and coordination regarding treatment and medication.
- Ensure clean, organised, and patient-friendly front office environment.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal team for smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification- in any degree, a formal pharmacy qualification is not mandatory
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of accounts handling and billing systems.
- Comfortable with computer use (MS Office / billing software / WhatsApp/Google sheets).
- Good organisational and multitasking ability.
- Patient-friendly attitude with attention to detail.

Compensation & Work Details
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Performance-based incentives
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7.00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time (In-house)
