StreampreneurX is a creator-first agency helping TikTok creators grow, perform, and scale. We are hiring an Automation Specialist to architect and maintain the operational backbone of our business — designing scalable workflows, CRM automations, and AI-powered systems that drive efficiency across our entire creator ecosystem.
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across multiple platforms and integrated systems.
- Build GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM workflows, pipelines, triggers, and integrations end-to-end.
- Create multi-step automations using Zapier, Make.com, Monday.com, and Google Apps Script.
- Develop AI-based workflows and AI agents using Claude AI and related platforms.
- Build internal tools with Lovable and other AI-powered no-code/low-code applications.
- Manage API integrations between platforms, third-party apps, and external systems.
- Optimize spreadsheets, data flows, and reporting for cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and continuously improve reliability and performance.
- Explore and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections where applicable.

What You Need
- 3–4+ years of experience in automation engineering, workflow development, or a similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM automations, pipelines, and triggers.
- Proven expertise with Zapier, Make.com, Monday.com, and Google Apps Script.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with solid data handling and reporting skills.
- Experience with Lovable and other AI-powered no-code/low-code tools.
- Deep understanding of AI agents, prompt workflows, and Claude AI architecture.
- Hands-on experience building integrations using REST APIs and connected third-party systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and systems-thinking skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Experience with MCP connections and advanced integrations.
- Background in advanced AI workflow architecture and multi-platform automation design.
- Familiarity with TikTok creator ecosystems, creator economy platforms, or digital media agencies.
