Technical Solution Architecture Consultant :
Planning and execution of API deployment on Finance Process solutions
Primary Scope: API Deployment
- Existing automated process
- New projects that require to be automated
Scope & Impact:
- Works with product managers to understand the business problem.
- Works with software engineers to understand systems, where model will be dropped into.
- Simplify and build Automation solutions and architecture using Robotics Process Automation and other automation & machine learning skills.
- Collaborates with peers, engineers, SMEs and external and internal research and product development partners.
- Typically interacts with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers and Program Core Teams.
- Participates in projects requiring Robotics Process Automation, AI, ML and associated technologies
What you would be doing:
- The Technical Solution Architect builds design, oversee development, testing the automation solution & workflows and supporting the implementation of the RPA solution. Works closely with the business in documenting / recording process details and with the engagement team in implementing/testing the solution (manage exceptions) as well as maintenance/change control of existing artifacts.
- Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process to design the automation solution and documentation of the design. Responsible for creating the process documentation (PDD/SDD etc).
- Provides guidance and help with process design from automation perspective with a strong end to end process mindset and challenges the status quo with growth mindset, championing simplified process and solutions
- Provide consulting in maintaining all Robots including their monitoring and stability. Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and any process change activities
- Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks using RPA tools/ technologies, following agile principles
- Contribute to re-usability by developing objects and common libraries, ensuring they are easily maintainable, easy to understand, and reusable
- Build solution with awareness of the financial architecture, adhere to controls and compliance requirements applicable to the business requirement
- Deliver automation solutions/PoC’s by developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation
- Independently Deliver technical training, demos, blueprints and provide necessary consulting & support to business users/stakeholders
- Create and document test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Create and document architecture standards and framework for onboarding new technologies and platforms. Support business teams in testing activities, including end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT
- Coordinate work effort in partnership with a team of local or remote SMEs (functional / operations) to support the delivery of projects. Play the role of a change agent and constantly seeking, sharing & implementing best practices
- Learn and utilize new exciting technologies like OCR, NLP, Chatbots, AI/ML etc. and how they integrate with UiPath
Education and Experience:
- Degrees in Computer Science, Statistics, and/or Finance are preferred
- Experience in software development and RPA technologies (UiPath Developer Certification is a must)
- Be intimately familiar with technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, CyberArk, AWS, Expertise on SQL & ASP.Net and VMware.
- Expert understanding of RPA Deployment Methodology and opportunity identification / process optimization is required. Experience with process re-engineering, automation across various process domains
- Excellent, proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions
- Able to work independently, choose the model, tune model and provide larger business solutions
- Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English (and have worked in global/multicultural environment)
