We are looking for a proactive and driven intern who is eager to learn and assist across multiple departments including HR, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time business activities, coordination with teams, and direct client interaction.
Role Overview:
- Support HR and recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist in operations, reporting, data management, and process coordination
- Support Sales and Marketing teams in outreach, tracking, follow-ups, and research activities
- Work extensively on Google Sheets for data tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on day-to-day tasks
- Handle cross-functional responsibilities as required by the business
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets (mandatory)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving approach
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
