Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, conceptual design, project coordination, and execution support for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Develop innovative and functional design concepts.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams.
- Prepare working drawings, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards.
- Participate in client meetings and project discussions.
- Support project approvals and project coordination activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Mandatory valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA).
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant architectural experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and visualization software such as SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or equivalent architectural design tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of modern architectural trends and sustainable design.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
