We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar design tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Ensure responsive and accessible designs across multiple devices and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.
- Work with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
