- Make outbound calls to potential customers such as builders, contractors, developers, and site engineers.
- Follow up on inquiries received from sales executives, websites, advertisements, or walk-ins.
- Provide basic information about RMC products (grades, applications, pricing structure basics).
- Coordinate between customers and the sales team for quotations, site visits, and order confirmation.
- Assist in booking orders by collecting required details like site location, quantity, grade, and delivery schedule.
- Confirm order details and communicate delivery timelines to customers.
- Support sales executives by maintaining customer databases and updating lead status.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, new products, or changes in pricing (as guided by management).
- Maintain daily call logs, lead registers, and follow-up records.
- Update CRM or Excel sheets with customer interactions and order status.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by timely follow-ups and coordination with dispatch and plant teams.
- Collect market information such as competitor pricing, demand trends, and customer preferences.
- Share feedback with the sales manager to improve sales strategies.
- Liaise with dispatch, production, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Inform customers about payment terms, outstanding dues (as instructed), and delivery confirmations.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly calling targets.
- Support the sales team in achieving volume and revenue targets.
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and communication standards.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager.
