About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate (BDA) | Telecaller to join our team at Annvios Multimedia Academy. The role involves handling inbound leads, communicating with prospective students, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up with inbound leads through calls and messages
- Explain course details in a clear, professional, and engaging manner
- Guide students through the complete admission process
- Maintain CRM updates and daily follow-up reports
- Build strong relationships with prospective students
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality
- Graduation in any stream
- Prior experience in sales/admissions is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
