Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP ABAP development and be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting SAP applications. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP technical development, performance optimization, debugging, and end-to-end implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain SAP ABAP applications based on business requirements.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Develop and enhance Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Module Pool Programs, ALV Reports, and Data Dictionary objects.
- Design and develop OData Services, CDS Views, APIs, and Object-Oriented ABAP solutions.
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and SAP best practices.
Required Skills
- 3.5–5 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant or SAP ABAP Developer.
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Smart Forms
- Adobe Forms
- Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS)
- OData Services
- CDS Views
- Module Pool Programming
- Editable ALV Reports
- APIs
- SAP Data Dictionary (DDIC)
- Experience working on SAP Public Cloud or Private Cloud environments is preferred.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
