Role Overview:
The Field Marketing Agent is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities across all verticals of Q3 Core Gaming. The primary focus is on developing relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, and other institutions to drive group bookings, events, and partnerships for QuestWorld.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit corporates, schools, colleges, and other potential clients to generate leads.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with HR teams, management, and school decision-makers.
- Promote QuestWorld as the preferred destination for corporate team outings, school excursions, birthday celebrations, and group events.
- Negotiate and close bookings wherever possible or coordinate with the sales team to complete the process.
- Identify business opportunities for all three company verticals through regular market visits.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain records of client visits, leads, appointments, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Must own and be able to ride a two-wheeler, as the role requires extensive field travel.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with on-ground marketing and sales.
- Prior experience in field sales, business development, or marketing is preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed salary.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
