- Assist senior chefs in the Indian tandoor section.
- Clean and cut meat, fish, and vegetables daily.
- Marinate food using spice mixes and yogurt.
- Prepare dough for making naans, rotis, and kulchas.
- Manage heat and charcoal levels in the tandoor oven.
- Bake breads and grill kebabs to the right color.
- Check quality to ensure food tastes and looks good.
- Wash tools and keep the tandoor area very clean.
- Follow hygiene rules to keep food safe and fresh.
- Store food in the fridge with proper labels and dates.
- Report stock levels when ingredients run low.
- Help others in the kitchen during busy rush hours.
- Work hard in a very hot environment for long shifts.
- Follow orders from the Head Chef quickly and accurately.
Pay: ₹9,924.93 - ₹18,000.00 per month
