Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive
Location: Sector 63, Noida (Delhi/NCR)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Initiate telephonic contact with prospective leads and customers from the provided database.
Lead Generation & Sales: Pitch the company's products/services effectively, handle customer queries, and convert leads into sales.
Database Management: Maintain and update an accurate record of all customer interactions, feedback, and call statuses in the system.
Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with interested clients to close deals and build strong relationships.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is a plus.
Communication: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (fluency in English is an added advantage).
Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening skills, and a positive, polite attitude on the phone.
