Job Description: Telecalling Executive – Real Estate

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce real estate projects.
- Generate and qualify leads for property sales.
- Explain project details, pricing, and location benefits to prospective clients.
- Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Comfortable with telecalling and client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools is preferred.
