About the Role
WebsJyoti is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Soft Skills & English Trainer to help students and professionals enhance their communication, interpersonal, and workplace effectiveness skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about training, possess excellent spoken English, and be able to engage learners through interactive sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Soft Skills and Spoken English training sessions for students and working professionals.
- Develop and deliver engaging learning content, activities, and assessments.
- Improve participants' communication, presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Assist in curriculum enhancement and training material development.
- Track attendance, performance, and training outcomes.
- Support learners in building confidence for interviews, workplace communication, and professional growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Prior training or teaching experience preferred.
Experience
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Soft Skills Training, Spoken English Training, Teaching, or Learning & Development.
