About the Company
We are expanding into the Geosynthetics and Infrastructure Solutions business and are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead our sales, business development, and tendering operations across India.
This is a senior leadership role for a professional who understands the infrastructure industry, government procurement systems, technical products, and large-value project sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Geosynthetics business.
- Build a nationwide customer base across Government, EPC Contractors, Infrastructure Developers, Consultants, and Industrial Clients.
- Identify opportunities in Highways, Railways, Metro, Irrigation, Water Supply, Solid Waste Management, Landfills, Mining, Airports, Ports, Smart Cities, Renewable Energy, and Environmental Projects.
- Achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Government Tendering & Bid Management
- Monitor government and private tenders through CPP Portal, GeM, State Tender Portals, Railways, NHAI, Municipal Corporations, and other procurement portals.
- Identify suitable tenders aligned with the company's product portfolio.
- Study Notice Inviting Tender (NIT), BOQ, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.
- Prepare complete technical and commercial bid submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical documents, certifications, product approvals, samples, and compliance.
- Ensure all tender documentation is complete and submitted within deadlines.
- Manage bid clarifications, pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and post-award documentation.
- Maintain a tender calendar and bid pipeline.
Liaisoning & Relationship Management
- Develop relationships with Government Departments, Municipal Corporations, Development Authorities, Railways, NHAI, Water Boards, Consultants, PMCs, Architects, EPC Contractors, and Key Decision Makers.
- Conduct technical presentations and product awareness sessions.
- Support consultants during product selection and specification stages.
Business Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and tendering team.
- Develop sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting systems.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
Required Experience
- 12–20+ years of experience in technical sales within Civil Engineering or Infrastructure.
- Strong experience in Government Tendering and Bid Management.
- Hands-on experience preparing and submitting technical and commercial tenders.
- Strong understanding of procurement procedures for Government and PSU projects.
- Experience in liaisoning with Government Authorities, Consultants, EPC Contractors, and Infrastructure Clients.
- Experience in Geosynthetics, Geotextiles, Geomembranes, GCL, Soil Reinforcement, Drainage Systems, Construction Materials, or related infrastructure products will be highly preferred.

Compensation: Best in the industry, based on experience and capability.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
