Job description:

Brief of Duties and responsibilities: -
- Manage installation, configuration and maintenance of all hardware (computers,laptops, printers, projectors, CCTV, biometric systems, etc.).
- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers,firewalls and overall connectivity and backup systems vendors, report issues, request updates and assist staff users configure software warranties software and system issues examinations cyber-safety standards maintain purchase records teaching tools needs policies and vendors.
- Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for the School ERP software—coordinate with Set up new systems, format devices, install operating systems, update antivirus and
- Create and manage official school email IDs and ensure security protocols.
- Maintain an updated inventory of all IT equipment, licenses, accessories and Provide technical support to teachers, admin staff, and management for hardware, Support IT requirements for school events, presentations, meetings and ensure regular data backup, cybersecurity measures, and compliance with CBSE
- Assist in IT procurement—evaluate requirements, coordinate with vendors and monitor and maintain smart-class equipment, audio-visual devices and online
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on IT operations, system status and maintenance
- Maintain confidentiality of school data and ensure compliance with school IT
- Display professionalism, courtesy, and reliability when dealing with staff, students Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
- Hands-on experience with ERP or school management systems.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office, and cloud-based email systems.
- Understanding of CCTV, biometric attendance, and smart-class technologies.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling school systems and data
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
