About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, and branding, with the ability to create visually compelling graphics for digital and print platforms. Basic video editing skills are preferred to support social media and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with the company's branding guidelines.
- Create engaging creatives for digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Design website banners, landing page creatives, emailers, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver impactful designs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Organize and maintain design files and brand assets.
- Assist with basic video editing for social media reels, promotional videos, and short marketing content when required.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign (preferred)
- Canva
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create creative, modern, and professional marketing creatives.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut for simple video editing and reel creation.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and other design work.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is an added advantage.
