We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Receptionist & Front Office Assistant to be the face of our luxury decorative hardware showroom. If you have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and enjoy interacting with architects, interior designers, clients, and business associates, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, architects, interior designers, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a premium customer experience at all times.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales and management teams.
- Maintain visitor records and showroom reception registers.
- Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and basic documentation as required.
- Coordinate courier services, incoming/outgoing correspondence, and office supplies.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are always clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and showroom teams.
Desired Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administration (experience in Aviation, Hospitality, luxury retail, interiors, architecture, or premium brands will be required).
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi (knowledge of the local language is an added advantage).
- Pleasant personality, confident, well-presented, and courteous.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with email communication.
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional, fast-paced environment. Having a inclination towards design aesthetics would be an added advantage.
