Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandising Intern role based in Pune City. The intern will assist in planning and executing in-store visual displays, including window setups, product presentations, and seasonal themes aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. Day-to-day tasks include arranging merchandise, maintaining visual standards across the store, supporting store staff with product placements, and ensuring clear, visually appealing signage. The intern will collaborate with the retail and sales teams to highlight key products, support promotions, and enhance the overall customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Support store setups, visual displays, and campaign refreshes.
- Assist in window styling, prop curation, and layout design.
- Maintain visual harmony across products, colors, and spaces.
- Document VM setups for creative and retail archives.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store teams and engage with customers.
- Hands-on exposure or interest in retail operations and in-store merchandising practices.
- Customer service and sales awareness to support product storytelling and assist in driving conversions.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute window displays and in-store visual themes that align with brand guidelines.
- Attention to detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and an interest in Korean-inspired or lifestyle brands.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Fashion, Design, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, or a related field is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools (e.g., presentation or design software) is beneficial but not mandatory.
