A reputed Public Office Organization is looking for a dedicated and professional Office Assistant to manage administrative and digital tasks efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain scheduling, appointments, and official correspondence on behalf of management.
•Prepare, format, and file documents, reports, presentations, and official communications with precision.
•Maintain and update digital records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications via email, phone, and formal letters.
- Social media coordination, post creation and basic digital communication.
- Coordinate meeting logistics including venue arrangements, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external publications and briefings.
- Support event planning and coordination for party functions, public engagements, and official activities.
- Monitor office supplies and manage procurement and inventory as required.
- Provide general IT assistance and liaise with technical support as needed.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computers and office software
- Ability to draft professional letters and reports
- Basic knowledge of internet, email, and social media
