As part of our continued expansion, we are launching a Comprehensive Diabetes Care Program to help employees effectively manage and prevent diabetes through evidence-based, personalized care.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nutritionist to join our growing team.
Job Summary
The Nutritionist will play a key role in our Diabetes Care Program by providing personalized nutritional counselling, lifestyle modification plans, and continuous dietary support to corporate employees. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical nutrition knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one nutrition consultations for individuals with diabetes and pre-diabetes.
- Develop personalized diet plans based on medical history, lifestyle, and health goals.
- Educate patients on diabetes management, weight management, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress and modify nutrition plans as required.
- Coordinate with doctors, diabetes educators, and care managers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and awareness sessions for corporate employees.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest evidence-based nutrition and diabetes management guidelines.
- Support health campaigns and wellness initiatives across client organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or Food Science.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification will be an added advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in clinical nutrition, diabetes management, or lifestyle counselling.
- Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and internship experience in clinical nutrition may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of diabetes nutrition and medical nutrition therapy.
- Excellent counselling and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Good presentation skills for conducting corporate wellness sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital health platforms.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in diabetes care or chronic disease management.
- Exposure to corporate wellness programs or preventive healthcare.
- Experience conducting virtual consultations and health education sessions.
