Business Development Executive (BDE) – Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture them through the sales process.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of the candidates .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address client queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in negotiations and support the closure of business deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned revenue and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Must have speaking knowledge of English and Hindi .
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
