The Role
We need a creative and energetic Digital Marketing & Telesales Assistant who can wear two hats: creating engaging visual content and managing direct outbound outreach. You will play a vital role in building our online brand presence and driving new business opportunities, ensuring our target audience is highly engaged and our sales pipeline remains active.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, short videos, stories, and carousels using designing tools.
- Social Media Management: Manage daily postings, draft compelling captions, and handle community interactions across Faceboo, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Telesales: Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce our cybersecurity services and pitch our solutions with confidence.
- Lead Generation: Spark prospect interest, qualify inbound/outbound leads, and successfully schedule follow-up meetings for the senior team.
What We Are Looking For :
- Creative Skills: A strong eye for visual layout, typography, and basic graphic design (proficiency in Canva or similar tools is required).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills for phone pitching along with clear, engaging writing skills for social captions.
- Sales Focus: High energy and the persistence required to succeed in outbound telesales and cold calling.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and talk confidently about cybersecurity concepts to prospective clients.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
