- Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and mentor sales staff; conduct regular training on product knowledge and closing techniques.
- Inventory & Profitability: Monitor inventory levels to ensure a healthy stock mix and manage "floor traffic" data to maximize turnover efficiency.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the customer experience to ensure high satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the sales budget, approve expenditures, and review dealer profitability metrics, including interest costs and marketing expenses.
- Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and customer demographics to adjust sales campaigns.
