Profile: Software Support Executive-Accounting Software-Surat-2.4 LPA
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Experience in accounting software (Tally / Busy / Zoho / HisabKitab)
- GST basic understanding
Salary Range: 12k to 20k
Roles:
* Handle customer queries via call, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide support on accounting, GST, and software usage
- Assist users in onboarding and initial setup
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with tech team if required
- Guide clients on features like invoicing, GST reports, reconciliation, etc.
- Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Qualification:
* Basic knowledge of accounting (B.Com / CA Inter preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Comfortable using software and learning new tools
