We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern who can help us build a strong team by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple roles.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Post jobs on Internshala, LinkedIn, Indeed, Wellfound, etc.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Review and shortlist resumes.
- Conduct initial screening calls.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate tracking sheets.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Internship Management
- Manage intern onboarding process.
- Collect required documents.
- Maintain internship records.
- Track attendance and performance.
- Coordinate internship completion formalities.
HR Operations
- Prepare offer letters.
- Maintain employee and intern database.
- Manage HR documentation.
- Organize recruitment reports.
- Support team communication and coordination.
Employer Branding
- Create job descriptions.
- Promote opportunities on social media.
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring.
